Why I Wrote This Book

Broken Jars and Broken Ceilings was born from a deep understanding of the personal and professional challenges many high-achievers face. Olivia Thomas, the main character, had to fight through workplace toxicity, self-doubt, and personal struggles to reclaim her power.

Her story mirrors the real-world coaching I provide, guiding leaders through growth, transformation, and breaking past barriers that hold them back.
